I first learned about Dr. Michael Boggess with Youthful Reflections from my granddaughter. . Dr. Boggess did such an incredible job! When the time came for me to have something done about my sagging eyelids, I immediately thought of Dr. Boggess. I made a consultation appointment and was able to schedule my eyelid rejuvenation procedure quickly. Dr. Boggess asked me during that consultation appointment what I was interested in having done. My concern was primarily functional though I benefited greatly cosmetically. There was no pressure to have additional procedures whatsoever, but was given options. I received a personal note from Dr. Boggess after my consultation. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and professional. Dr Boggess is a gifted facial rejuvenation surgeon. I felt at ease from the moment I walked in to his office. I went to Dr. Boggess because one of my girlfriends had work done and looked fabulous. I was 50 years old when I had my surgery and I’m so happy that I did it early, rather than waiting for more sagging. For me, doing it at that age, turned back the clock at least 10 years. My closest friends didn’t even notice that I had any thing done. That’s because I just looked like a better, fresher & younger version of myself and it didn’t look like I had “work” done. I would highly recommend Dr. Boggess. For me it’s important that he just focuses solely on the face and is a perfectionist when it comes to facial plastic surgery, in my opinion. I will definitely use Dr. Boggess again in the future for any of my facial concerns.
Dr. Boggess performed my facelift in July 2019. He's a gifted cosmetic surgeon who does beautiful work! He's very patient with many questions and thoroughly explains all details of the procedure.
I researched other plastic surgeons & felt most comfortable with Dr. Bogess. I had a Lifestyle Lift & couldn't be more pleased, his wife & office staff are all wonderful & make you feel at ease. The only regret I wish I had it done sooner!!!

I was very apprehensive about fillers because of a previous bad experience, but Heather was great and I couldn't be happier! I am very pleased with my appearance after the lower face/neck lift and CO2 laser resurfacing. Recovery was super fast with no complications. Dr. Boggess explained the procedure in great detail. He took the time for my questions. I felt very confident in my decision to go forward with the procedures. I have no regrets and am happy with my natural, yet younger, appearance.

I lost 100 pounds and had a terrible turkey neck. I also had eyelids that slanted over my eyes making it difficult for me to see well. Both of these deficiencies were corrected brilliantly. I was also pleased with the process of consultation and follow through. I met Dr. Boggess when I was considering what to do about loose skin on my neck. I found his website and information online, and after exhaustive research, I decided to schedule a consultation.
