I had surgery with Dr. Boggess 8 weeks ago and am thrilled with my experience from start to finish. I have already recommended him to several friends!
I was going toward 60 and really looking tired. I decided to go for a consultation with Dr. Michael Boggess. He and his entire staff were wonderful, very compassionate, attentive and interested in what my concerns were. Dr. Boggess took his time to answer any and all questions. I am extrememly pleased with the results; I have people think I am 20 years younger than I actually am! It has been a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Dr. Michael Boggess!

Excellent in every way. I was told step by step if how the procedure would go. I am 60 years old. Had a free consultation to determine if that was the best procedure to have. Dr. Boggess explained in detail how a facelift would be fix my sagging skin. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Had the facelift NOV 29,2017 .totally healed by before Christmas. Aftercare was great. Very happy with my results. I highly recommend Dr.Boggess for any cosmetic surgery you are looking to have done. B. SHE'LL NASHVILLE TN.

My experience at Youthful reflections was wonderful. Dr Boggess and his staff are kind and caring, especially Alex, his PA. The procedure and aftercare was definitely easier than I thought it would be and the results are amazing!
I would recommend Dr Boggess very much, he took his time to explain and answer every single question I had, I never felt pushed or rushed into anything. He showed me in a mirror exactly what it would look like and he was 100% on. Follow up was fast and easy, took a few pictures and gave me a copy to compare which I loved. Nothing better than getting exactly what you want and pay for!!! Whole staff was awesome, the office was very clean and inviting.
At about 53, I started really seeing the aging of my face progessing rapidly. The person in my mirror did not look like the person inside and I no longer recognized myself. I wasn't interested in looking like a 50 something yr old trying to look 30. I wanted to look myself, a natural, more youthful 50ish yr old. I tried non surgical facial procedures, but they did not give me the results in rejuvenating my appearance that I was looking for and they couldn't correct my new turkey neck. As well, they didn't last and were costly to repeat. I researched and decided to have Dr. Boggess do a neck and lower face lift and upper eyes. He did the surgery and I am extremely happy! I have been complimented that I look in my 40's now and I love it! Dr. Boggess biggest critic would have been my husband, who wants to see results for payment and he thinks the surgery was worth every penny! He thinks Dr. Boggess is awesome and compliments me always on my younger face. Our son teased my husband that I'm "his trophy wife" now!

I was extremely happy that I chose Dr. Boggess to do my surgery. Dr. Boggess and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The surgery and recovery time were just as they told us. Not only am I happy with the results, but my husband is extremely happy for me and thinks the surgery was worth every penny. Our 19 yr old son says I'm dad's "trophy wife" now!

I am so thrilled with my facelift results that I wanted to thank Dr. Boggess publicly.
I lost 100 pounds and had a terrible turkey neck. I also had eyelids that slanted over my eyes making it difficult for me to see well. Both of these deficiencies were corrected brilliantly. I was also pleased with the process of consultation and follow through. I met Dr. Boggess when I was considering what to do about loose skin on my neck. I found his website and information online, and after exhaustive research, I decided to schedule a consultation.
