Patient presented at 72 years of age with concerns related to sagging in the neck. He had been bothered by the progressive neck laxity for a couple of years before he decided to seek help. He felt like the sagging neck made him look much older than he felt. He wanted to achieve a natural, more youthful look while minimizing down time.

At the time of his consultation, he was noted to have marked laxity of the neck and jowls with heavy platysmal bands, as demonstrated in the preop photos. He underwent a Level 3 Reflection Lift, which was performed in an office based setting using light sedation and local anesthesia. The procedure provided dramatic improvement in the neck and jawline. He was very happy with the results and felt that it was a lot easier than he expected. He reports that people think he looks 10 years younger.
