Results:

Patient presented at age 65 with concerns related to aging of the face and neck. She had spent a lot of time in the sun during her youth and now had developed significant sun-damaged skin with brown spots and deep wrinkles. She also had sagging along the jawline and neck with a very prominent platysmal band in the neck. She felt that she looked much older than her actual age. She scheduled a consultation to meet with Dr. Boggess to see what could be done to address her concerns. He recommended a Level 3 reflection Lift and full face laser skin resurfacing, which was performed in office with light sedation and local anesthesia. She did great through the procedure and recovery period. As seen in her postop photos, she has dramatic improvement in the neck and jawline with complete resolution of jowling and platysmal banding. She also has significant improvement in her facial wrinkles and brown spots. She said, “I am amazed at how much better and younger I feel! I wish I had done it sooner!”
