Results:

Patient had noticed progressive aging of the face and neck for a few years before she finally decided to see what could be done for her. She had a lot of sun exposure during her youth and now was noticing facial wrinkles and brown spots that were worsening over time. She was also developing progressive sagging in the neck and jowls with prominent platysmal bands. She schedule a complimentary consultation with Dr. Boggess to address her concerns. After performing a thorough evaluation, he recommended a face/neck lift, brow lift, and full face laser skin resurfacing. The procedure was performed in and office-based setting with light sedation and local anesthesia. As demonstrated in the postoperative photos, she has marked improvement in her neck line and jawline with resolution of jowls and platysmal bands. She also had dramatic improvement in facial wrinkles and brown spots and softening of her marionette lines around the mouth. The brow lift eliminated the hooding over the upper eyelids and improved the crow’s feet wrinkles. She was thrilled with the results and her natural, more youthful appearance.
