Patient had noticed progressive aging of the face and neck for 2 years prior to considering facial rejuvenation. She is a musician and spends a lot of time in the public eye, and therefore, always wants to look her best. She felt that she was starting to look much older than her actual age. At the time of her consultation, she was noted to have some sagging of the neck and jowls, drooping of the brow with hooding of the upper eyelids, and sun-damage of the face with fine wrinkles. She underwent a Level 3 Reflection Lift, Brow Lift, and full face laser skin resurfacing. As demonstrated in her postoperative pictures, she had marked improvement in the jawline and neck. Her brow position is improved with enhancement of the eyes. Her skin texture is much smoother with diminished wrinkles and pigmentation.
