Results:

Patient presented at 65 years of age with concerns related to aging of the face and neck that had been bothering her for several years. These changes were progressively worsening over time, making her look much older on the outside than she felt on the inside. It was having an impact on her self-confidence.   She said she avoided looking in the mirror because “I didn’t want to see the glob of skin hanging from my face”. At the time of her consultation, she was noted to have marked sagging in the neck and along the jawline. She had significant skin laxity of the upper eyelids with hooding. She also had some acne scarring on the cheeks and sun-damage to the skin of the face with fine wrinkles. She underwent a Level 3 Reflection Lift, upper blepharoplasty, and full face CO2 laser skin resurfacing. As demonstrated in her postop photos, she had dramatic improvement in the contour of the neck and jawline, resolution of upper eyelid hooding, and significant improvement in the texture of her skin. She was thrilled with her result and felt so much better about herself. She is now happy to look in the mirror.
